Shipping

Please be sure to verify your shipping address. In the event that your order is shipped to an incorrect address that was shipped by you, then you may be 100% responsible for the cost of the product as well as the transportation and cost of any new product shipped to you because of such errors. If the package is lost or shipped to the wrong address and it is our mistake, we will cover the full cost.
Free shipping costs are valid in the territory of the USA. The USA is Not valid for international orders.

Delays and Refunds

If your shipment is lost or delayed at normal times based on the shipping option you will choose after it is shipped. Please refer to the UPS or USPS Return Policy section. If you place an order and decide to cancel after it has been shipped or if you reject the package, then we will charge you for shipping both ways, in addition to the 25% restocking fee in accordance with our return policy.

United States of America

We recommend that you choose the required shipping signature method. If not, you are authorizing the company to leave your package at the shipping address and you are aware that neither we nor the carrier is responsible for the packages after delivery.
All shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands. The US, APO, or FPO are automatically sent by USPS Priority, with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is not available for military addresses.

Canada

All Canadian shipments will be shipped via USPS within 15-28 business days. Starting at cost by the carrier company. Each additional pound will be charged by USPS each pound, without insurance.

To Another Country

All international orders will be shipped by USPS priority with mail services. Orders are calculated based on weight and destination. You will be notified by email or phone of shipping charges before the order is shipped. All calls will be answered in English or Spanish. If the shipment is returned to us, you will have a credit for the product less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customs value declaration will be the same value of the product (s) you are purchasing. There are no details.

Rights, Taxes & Restrictions

We are not responsible for items confiscated by customs. Customers must abide by international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by law in their country.
